 10 Minute Mein Banne Wali Nashtay Ki Recipe – Quick & Tasty Breakfast Ideas

Ingredients:


Oats – ½ cup


Onion – 1 (finely chopped)


Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)


Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)


Oil – 1 tsp


Mustard seeds – ½ tsp


Salt and spices – as per taste


Coriander leaves – for garnishing


Method of preparation:


1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to it.


2. Add onion and green chilli and fry till light golden.


3. Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes.


4. Now add oats and add 2 cups of water and cook.


5. Add salt and spices and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.


6. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.

2. Bread Upma – Tasty and Quick Nashta


Ingredients:


Bread slices – 4


Onion – 1 (finely chopped)


Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)


Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)


Oil – 1 tsp


Mustard seeds – ½ tsp


Turmeric, salt – as per taste


Coriander leaves – for garnishing


Method of preparation:


1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces.


2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.


3. Add onion and green chilli and fry.


4. Add tomato and spices and cook for 2 minutes.


5. Add bread and mix well.


6. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with coriander leaves.

3. Anda Bhurji (Spicy Scrambled Eggs)


Ingredients:


Eggs – 2


Onion – 1 (finely chopped)


Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)


Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)


Oil or butter – 1 tsp


Turmeric, red chilli powder, salt – as per taste


Coriander leaves – for garnishing


Method of preparation:


1. Heat oil in a pan.


2. Add onion and green chilli and fry.


3. Add tomato and spices and cook for 2 minutes.


4. Break the eggs and add and beat well.


5. Keep stirring till the egg is cooked.


6. Add coriander leaves and serve.
